The book “The Anxious Generation” by Jonathan Haidt explores how today’s youth are experiencing unprecedented levels of anxiety, depression, and social struggles. The author attributes much of this to the rise of smartphones, social media, decreased independence, and reduced in-person play.
Join us in discussing this cultural shift and explore practical ways we can respond as a community to protect our children and help them thrive.
