The Montessori School Macomb County Families Have Trusted for 40 Years
For over 40 years, Montessori Stepping Stones has been Macomb County’s trusted choice for a complete, authentic private Montessori education – from infants as young as 6 weeks through 8th grade.
From your child’s first steps to high school placement – all under one roof in Mount Clemens, MI.
Unlike a traditional school, our classrooms are prepared environments where children direct their own learning under the guidance of certified Montessori teachers. Every stage at MSS is built on the same foundation: respect for the child, hands-on discovery, and a deep belief that learning should be joyful.
Montessori At Any Age
In our carefully prepared classrooms, you will see children deeply engaged in purposeful work – building the concentration and confidence that lasts a lifetime.
True to our motto of “Montessori at any age” — our expert teachers
warmly welcome children at any stage and guide each one to flourish.
Now enrolling for the 2026–2027 school year - infant through 8th grade.
Still deciding? Come see it for yourself – most families know within 10 minutes.
Our Graduates Are Thriving
Three of our students have been accepted to the International Academy of Macomb – one of Michigan’s most selective schools. This is a testament to what a complete Montessori education, from infancy through 8th grade, builds in a child.
